Built by FDSP, the delivery and installation of Chongqing Wanzhou Free Trade Zone’s 1million tons annually corn deep processing line is synchronous in progress.

Recently, the corn deep processing production line equipment with an annual output of 1 million tons in Chongqing Wanzhou Free Trade Zone, built by FDSP is being delivered. With its unique manufacturing technology, it has won the appreciation and trust of customers.

This project innovatively adopts the process of "Grinding before batching". FDSP provides customers with complete system for key links from silo storage, raw material receiving and cleaning, crushing, batching, mixing, granulation, and finished product packaging/bulk packaging. Other auxiliary equipment system such as ventilation and dust removal, microcomputer electronic control, steam, and air compression are also included. At the same time, space for phase II equipment has been reserved, which fully reflects the forward-looking and scalability of the project design.

Up to now, 15 trucks of equipment have been successfully dispatched for this project. At the same time, FDSP’s professional installation team has arrived at the project site in advance.
